Services

The Center coordinates forensic interviews of children who are alleged victims of child abuse or who have witnessed a crime.  The goal of the interview is to obtain the facts from the child in a non-leading manner, making use of a safe environment, child friendly facility, and state of the art video and audio taping.  The interviews assist law enforcement and social services in the child abuse investigation.  Our interviewers represent a cross section of Carroll County child advocate professionals who have received specialized training in the forensic interviewing of children of all ages and developmental levels.
